Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting ( MIAM)
You and your former partner must each attend a separate Mediation Information & Assessment Meeting (MIAM) prior to starting Family Mediation.
(MIAMs are up to 60 minutes)

Family Mediation
You and your former partner may attend Family Mediation for one or more reasons. This will be discussed in your Assessment Meeting (MIAM)
- Arrangements for Children and/or Dependents, and/or pets
- Finances
(per 90 minute session)
£180 per person per meeting
(Optional) Documents – Financial Statement and MOU (Memorandum of Understanding)
£150 per person/ per draft
(Optional) Documents – Parenting Plans

Counselling & Support Service
Well Hope offers a holistic, resource and skills-based counselling service to help individuals identify unhealthy patterns of communication, to help you prepare and succeed through Family Mediation, and cope better through separation and divorce.
£60 (per 50 minute session)
Payments must be received 2 days before appointments, or the booking will be cancelled.
In-person mediations at our Kingston upon Thames, Richmond Upon Thames, Shoreditch or Wimbledon offices will be charged at a rate of 20% more per person, per meeting.
Well Hope has the right to adjust our fee schedule at any time.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full rate, without refund. If you arrive late to your meeting (15-minutes or more late), you will not be allowed extra time. You may be required to book another session.
