Feedback & Complaints

Can you leave feedback after Family Mediation?
The answer is, yes! We welcome any kind of feedback, because we are always learning and growing. Your feedback helps us to know what we are doing right and where we can improve. If you are concerned about a service that Well Hope has provided you, we encourage you to contact us by phone, email or through our feedback form. If you have a complaint, we will guide you through our complaints procedure. All feedback will be treated with courtesy, respect, and with sensitivity.
Every trained Family Mediator has a Personal Practice Consultant (PPC) who provides ongoing support to their ‘consultees’ (mediators) in relation to their adherence to the Family Mediation Council (FMC) Standards Framework and Code of Practice. We adhere to strict practice standards and we work transparently with all parties to ensure we continue to deliver high-quality services.
